A Tactics & Leadership Conference designed to fine tune the necessary skills to build and sustain exceptional leadership.  Attendees will have ample opportunities to engage with the instructors and like-minded successful leaders that will enhance your ability to take on the toughest challenges.

The conference will consist of 2 days of tactics and leadership lectures and day 3 will involve interactive tactical scenario breakout sessions where students will rotate through different tactical scenarios with the instructors. Topics will include Multi Family, Big Box, and Hoarder Fires.
